Meanwhile, CSI scores are based on information collected independently by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA).
The CSI program was created to recognize boat dealers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvements to better serve their customers. |
Data was collected as part of a survey of more than 150,000 customers who purchased a new boat or engine during the eligible period.
This is a recognition for strong commitment and passion for the Boston Whaler brand translated in outstanding results for the year of 2021. |

| History of the Boston Whaler Company |

| Although the company was founded in 1958, the first Boston Whaler was created in 1956. This fishing boat was 13ft in length and was one of a kind when it was first released. At that time there were no sports fishing boats, so the Boston Whaler was the first of its kind; sporting three runners with an inverted V between them. Since this date, Boston Whaler has been doing nothing but supplying and selling boats of a fantastic quality. |
